Hotel Am Nockherberg - Munich

The location is ok but the room was full of bugs, disgusting. I ordered a triple room, but was stuck with a single one that was tiny. With all the money spent, I woudl have appreciated a complimentary upgrade.

Truly enjoyed its extremely friendly and excellent staff.

The stay was quite comfortable. The continental breakfast was astonishing and had something for everyone. The venue was set in the very central position short walk to central train station. Bar Pirlo located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

Incredible, absolutely perfect location in a very nice neighborhood. Lovely bed in guest room with a safe, a mini bar, and central heating.

Consider requesting a kettle for tea or coffee during your stay, as personal options are limited in the room.

Personnel of the hotel was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and tidy; the bathroom was very small. Breakfast was very good, with a good food variety. Location of the hotel was very good, 5 mins walk from the UBahn and 5mins, with the UBahn, distance to Marienplatz (center of Munchen). We really enjoyed the stay at this hotel. Parking space, in the private garage, for a fee/night.

The staff was polite and the food was exceptional. Favourable location, the room was quiet, functional. Central heating, a safe box and multi-channel television were nice.

excellent access to parks and attractions for city explorers

I chose this hotel because it's just a short walk from Kolumbusplatz subway station, making it super easy to explore the main attractions of Munich, and I loved that landmarks like the Deutsches Museum and Stachus are less than 2 km away, which are perfect for a weekend stroll.

the place was clean and staff were excellent, i loved good and magnificent location. there were silent & huge rooms with twin beds and windows at ground level-rooms, for example.

Location is great, a short bus- or metro-ride away from the city center. The rooms are clean, pleasant and comfortable and of good size. The front desk staff is very friendly. There is a garage where you can leave the car at a reasonable price. Good choice for breakfast. Hotel is in a nice area (try out the Italian restaurant Falco around the corner, great service and decent food for fair prices, with a nice terrace).

The breakfast room is very cramped, and there are very few tables that accomodate a family or group of five. Charging for internet at this day and age is a bit cheap. And the one (very slow) computer with free internet access (20 minutes max) does not really change that.

Nockherberg offered a cozy stay with its clean, spacious room and a delicious breakfast that had multiple egg options. The location was perfect for quieter evenings away from the city buzz. Just wish the Wi-Fi was better, as it really struggled in some areas.

Location and connection to public transport and a fabulous breakfast

Very friendly and helpful staff, great breakfasts and very handy location.

The only slight negative was difficult access to the wireless Internet service.

The staff were really helpful, even giving us a universal adapter. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of options. We enjoyed exploring the nearby attractions, like the Deutsches Museum and Stachus. Just a heads up, there's no air conditioning, but we managed to stay comfortable during our trip.

Beware of cancellation issues! It was a real hassle trying to get it sorted out.

We came to Munich specially to show Deutsches Museum to our son of 6 years. For this purpose the location is excellent. We were happy to go for a walk in the nearest park and enjoyed Bayern meals in a traditional restaurant just 3 minutes to walk. The staff is very friendly.

Room is too small for 3 persons.

The smell of the cleaning supplies was kind of strange.
